Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Drift. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of a personal planning tool.

Using Drift

Drift is a personal task-planning app. You are responsible for the tasks, reminders, schedules, and other content you create in the app, and for deciding whether Drift is appropriate for any particular use.

Subscriptions

Drift includes a 7-day free trial with full access. After the trial, access continues through a monthly or yearly subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Charges, renewals, and refunds are handled under Apple's applicable terms.

Calendar and AI features

Google Calendar access is optional and read-only. AI features may process voice transcripts or task text to organize tasks and answer questions about your own task data. Automated output can be imperfect, so review dates, times, and other important details before relying on them.

Availability

We work to keep Drift reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the app improves. Drift is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other safety-critical planning.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Drift, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Drift handles task data, voice transcripts, Google Calendar information, and subscription status.
